Meet Your Physician
Kevin Earl, MD is a board certified physician and graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a degree in Molecular Biology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Earl completed his residency in Family Medicine, at UT Southwestern Dallas Methodist in Dallas Texas. He is board certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the American society for Laser Medicine & Surgery

An Arkansas native, Dr. Earl believes in being an active participant in the community and contributing to the health and wellness of Northwest Arkansas.

Emergencies
Earl MD has a physician on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This physician can be reached by calling Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville and asking for Dr. Earl to be paged. Please call for after-hour emergencies only.

Payment
Payment (including deductibles and co-pays) is due at the time of service Earl MD, PA files insurance with most major carriers. View our full payment policy here.

Monday & Tuesday 8am - 5pm
Wednesday 8am -1pm
Thursday & Friday 8am - 5pm
Saturday - Aesthetic clinic by appointment only

Appointments
Appointment times are offered for routine physicals, acute medical problems, follow-up care and other non-emergencies. Earl MD is happy to provide same day appointments for acute care needs.
